Bellelea A. Bradway is allegedly being looked at for misallocation of funds. The investigation into this matter appears to be ongoing. Mrs. Bradway is tied to two companies: Positive Circle (a Texas nonprofit) and Bridgewater Oak LLC (Texas based LLC). Many questions have been brought up regarding how Mrs. Bradway has handled funds.
