Inside the truck was suspected child molester Harry Goularte. Velasquez then allegedly fired his .40-calibre pistol at the truck several times, hitting his quarry’s stepfather, who was driving the vehicle, in the arm and torso. Goularte’s mom was also in the vehicle. The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office stated that the inappropriate touching / molestation took place at 645 Powder Horn Ct, San Martin, CA, 95046.
